| Southern Connection Seafood was established in 1986
in the back of a Chevy Chevette by James Patrick Reese, Jr. Over the
past eighteen years, the company has grown and developed into a
thriving business with two year-round processing plants in the
Crisfield area, achieving in excess of 12 million dollars in sales
annually. Each year, Southern Connection Seafood surpasses the previous
year in the processing of soft shell crabs and oysters. |

Southern Connection Seafood is located in the waterfront community of
Crisfield, Maryland where Maryland Blue Crabs are harvested from the
Chesapeake Bay by local watermen. The main operation, located just
outside the City of Crisfield, is a modern fish processing and
wholesale distribution center which is supplied daily by local watermen
with clams, oysters, lobster, fish, hard crabs, swordfish and tuna. |
